I'm planning to go by bus from Cambodia to Ho Chi Minh City, however my flight back to USA is from Ho Chi Minh airport. Can I go with the Vietnam Visa Approval Letter by bus and get the stamped when I'm on the city? or it has to be necessary in an airport? Let me know that please.

Please be informed that visa approval letter (to pick up visa upon arrival at Vietnam airport) is applicable for those who travel to Vietnam by air only. In case you are traveling to Vietnam by bus, firstly please kindky check whether you are eligible for Vietnam e-visa. You can check it here.
If not, you should contact the nearest Vietnam embassy to get your visa for Vietnam.
