Xin Chao.

I have received a visa approval letter through your company for a 90 day period arriving 12 June

If I wanted to extend that visa period for a further three months (multi-entry and through to December), and made application in March next year, what would be the estimated cost, both as regards your fee and the Vietnam Immigration charges.

Is it difficult to get such an extension.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards and thanks,

Ian

Dear Ian,

Be kindly informed that it is not so difficult to get Vietnam visa extended in Vietnam. Following are steps to get your visa extended when you are in Vietnam:

  • Step 1: Send a scanned copy of your passport and the page containing your current Vietnam visa to our email [email protected] for checking. And then we will inform you about the visa extension fee.
  • Step 2: If you are in Hanoi at that time, please carry your original passport to our office at 23rd Floor, Vinaconex 9 Tower, Pham Hung Road, Me Tri, Tu Liem, Hanoi. In case you are in Ho Chi Minh City, please let us know your current address so that our staff can come in person to pick up your passport.
  • Step 3: Wait for a few days to get your passport back along with your new stamped visa.

The processing time is about 7 – 10 working days, so you are highly recommended to extend your visa at least 2 weeks before its expiration date. The Vietnam visa extension cost may be changed from time to time, so we will inform you the exact fee when you apply for Vietnam visa extension service.

We hope this information is clear to you.
