Hi there. I am planning a visit for my family (4 people) to Vietnam next year, for a few weeks. We are all Australians, going directly to Da Nang (then - Hoi An) and visiting HCMC for a few nights. Where do I start to get a single entry visa for all? I prefer to have visas on arrival. Thanks. Vlad.

Please be informed that you can completely use visa on arrival for entering Vietnam as you are traveling to Vietnam by air.
First of all, you need to get a visa approval letter for 4 of you. You can include all in one application form here https://booking.vietnam-visa.com/step1.html. You will receive a visa approval letter for all of you. You then print it out and follow the guide to get visa stamped upon arrival at Da Nang Airport in Vietnam.
The visa validity (1 month or 3 months) will depend on the length of your stay in Vietnam.
